1. Reply and answer all inquiries from clients in professional manners
– Clients normally will make inquiries by sending “PM” on our FB ads booting post or directly send inquiry on our Fanpage message inbox.
– You are required to send our package details in structural way whereby all relevant package details will be prior acknowledge to you.
2. Follow up with clients to check is there any latest feedback/updates from client 1-2 days after clients made inquiry.
3. Follow up sales order (Include sending all order requirements of clients to designer, revert design from designer to clients and follow up revisions until sales order closed)
4. Checking the design updates and make sure it’s really meet to clients scope of requirements before reverting to client (QC)
5. Checking the design/printing files and make printing orders online
