Job Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
Job Scope:
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers who contact us thru internet or phone call.
Handles inquiries and act base on customers’ queries. Consult superior for unsolved issues and follow up on it until it is solved.
Required skills:
Computer literate and have basic knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.
Self-disciplined and can work independently; Passionate in customer service.
Able to speak and write in Malay, English and Mandarin.
Working hour:
4pm-12am OR 8pm-4am OR 12am-8am
Work 6 shifts a week
Employee can choose offday date or offshift time 2 weeks in advance during schedule arrangement
Employee can take more than 1 offday in a week or long holiday but pay will be calculated base on total working days
Salary:
Net pay RM5,200 per month/ OT RM27 per hour
Salary will be increased during job confirmation after 1 to 2 months probation period, depending on performance
Salary disbursed twice a month (middle and end of each month)
Performance bonus will be given once every 6 months

岗位职责：
受理电话及网络客户，并给予正确的处理和满意的回复；
处理询问、安排进展、跟进进程与沟通，最大限度的提高客户满意度。遇到不能解决的问题提交主管处理，并跟进进展直至解决。
任职资格：
基本电脑与Microsoft Office Word 和 Excel的操作，有一定的网络知识基础；
有纪律，能独立工作，一定要有“客户为先”的服务精神；
能说与写国语，英语和华语。
工作时间：
4pm-12am 或 8pm-4am 或 12am-8am
一星期工作6个班
公司每两个星期会安排一次时间表。员工可以在公司安排时间表时自行选择哪天拿假或哪个时间拿假
员工可以在一星期内拿超过一天的假期或拿长假，但月薪会根据总工作天结算
薪酬：
净月薪RM5,200 / OT每小时RM27
月薪会根据表现，在工作一至二个月后确认聘用时调高
月薪分月头月中两次发
每六个月会发一次表现评估花红
被录取者将接受一至二个月的在职培训。在职培训期间月薪会一样是RM5,200。
