Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Season Parking Admin Assistant to join our team. The role involves managing season parking accounts, verifying payments, and ensuring accurate data entry into our system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process season parking payments accurately.
  • Key in customer and payment data into the system.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of season parking accounts.
  • Assist customers with season parking inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Prepare and update relevant administrative reports.
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as required.
