Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and operations support ensuring all aspects of the office is organized efficiently and effectively.
  • To organize and manage correspondences.
  • Be flexible and able to respond to our clients demands. 
  • To maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of co-works.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation & organizing internal event.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
