We are looking for an Online Sales Executive to join our dedicated team. This position is a part-time remote position and requires your availability to work 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. You don\’t have to report to office on daily basis. Work from home is allowed unless you have meeting appointments with clients.

What your day will look like

• Provide prompt and professional service support to customers looking for gift recommendation
• Helps source and recommend the best customised package based on customers\’ needs
• Call and follow up with existing database contacts to explore new sales opportunity
• Prepare proposal and follow up with the client on lead\’s status
• Find new sales by cold calling
• Updating Linkedin profile
• Qualify leads, and convert from cold to warm leads
• Update sales lead status on a daily basis
• Hit sales target

Who you are

• 2+ years experience in sales or customer service positions
• Fluent/Native English (spoken and written)
• Ability to self-manage, multi-task, prioritize and manage your time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – people’s person
• Enjoy closing sales, is not shy to speak and able to conduct professional presentation
• Positive and upbeat attitude, strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Curiosity and Openness – not afraid to ask questions and raise flags
• Hardworking, self motivated and takes initiative
• Ability to work flexible hours and attend team meetings outside your work hours
