β’ Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests
β’ Makes and confirms reservations
β’ Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to guest folio
β’ Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests
Job Requirement
β’ Minimum SPM, preferable those who possess Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management
β’ Height: 160 cm for male and 157 cm for female
β’ Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
β’ Pleasant personality
β’ Knowledge in Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
