HR & Admin Assistant(人力资源与行政助理)岗位职责:
协助处理人力资源相关事务,包括员工档案管理、招聘协助、入职离职手续办理等。
支持日常行政工作,如办公用品采购、文件整理、会议安排和资料准备。
协助组织员工培训、团队建设活动及公司内部沟通。
维护员工信息数据库,确保信息的准确与更新。
协助处理员工福利、考勤及请假事宜。
支持公司行政事务的日常运作,确保办公室环境整洁有序。
协助准备报告、统计数据及其他行政文件。
完成上级交办的其他临时任务。
