Job Description

1.       Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.

2.       Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

3.       Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

4.       Providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

5.       Making reservation and managing room assignments based on guest preferences and avaibility.

6.       Processing payment, handling cash, and maintaining accurate records.

7.       Coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless experience.

8.       Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area.

9.       Adhering to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.


Job Requirement

1.       Required at least SPM, Diploma, Degree required.

2.       Communication skills, customer service skill

3.       Fresh graduate

4.       Location: Bandar Sri Damansara (walking distance to Sri Damansara Barat MRT station)
