To handle all administrative duties and day to day administration function.
To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Ensure all customer invoices are paid in time, liase with clients o unresolvabe account receiable issues.
Maintain & update filing record.
Planning, organizing business meeting, conferences. Prepare correspondences, reports and material for presentation. Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
Coordinating and monitoring of the delegated work to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage schedules and deadlines
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Ensure operations adhere to policies, procedures and regulations
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in business studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Computer literate, Ms Office.
Able to start work immdiately is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
