We are an early reading class for Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and Engilsh. Student’s age is 4 to 10 years old.

1. Assessing students’ reading abilities and developing individualized learning plans that address their strengths and weaknesses.
2. Promote reading fluency, comprehension, and critical thinking skills.
3. Providing feedback and support to students on their reading progress and adjusting instruction as needed.
4. Encouraging a love for reading and promoting reading as a lifelong skill.

Requirement:

1. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
2. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with disabilities
3. Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for promoting literacy and supporting student success.
