We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trainee Teacher – Early Childhood to join our exceptional team at the Math Monkey MathBrain Centre in Tanjung Tokong, Penang. As a Trainee Teacher, you will be trained to play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children through our innovative MathBrain education program. This full-time hybrid position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the field of early childhood education.

What you’ll be doing

1. Facilitating Play to Learn Math lessons to children aged 4 to 12 years old
2. Supporting the implementation of our unique MathBrain curriculum and BrainThink learning strategies
3. Fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that develop children’s 5 Brain Abilities.
4. Collaborating with the teaching team to plan and organise classroom activities and events.
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student progress and development.
6. Attending regular training and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your teaching skills.

1. A passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to helping children succeed
2. No need relevant educational qualifications as we shall train you from beginner’s level.
3. No need experience
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
5. A creative and innovative mindset to develop engaging and interactive Play to Learn math lessons.
6. Strong organisational and time management skills to manage classroom responsibilities effectively
