Job Description
-Oversee all the production activities and workers within an assigned area.
-To maintain production schedules and supervise the production line.
-Responsible for meeting target on productivity, food safety and quality.
-Maintain the ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, GMP and HALAL system in production (Include hygiene and SOP)
-Responsible for manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
-Provide job training to new join staff and workers to meet production goals.
-Control and improve on the cost of production, wastage and labor.
– Organize & maintain the storage and inventory of production
– Analyzed action on NCR receive from QC.
-Immediate problem-solving and troubleshooting processes to reduce the production related problems & delays.
-To co-operate with related departments (technical staff, quality controllers, store personnel) for better picture on the actual production performance.
-To maintain production schedules and supervise the production line.
-To work closely with R&D to launch new product, conduct trials for quality improvement.
-To provide timely production and other performance related reports to the superior as required.
-To update production reports on time.
-Perform ad-hoc job assignment given by superior.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Food Science/Technology/Nutrition or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in F&B Product Development / Production / Kitchen line.
-Experience in Food Manufacturing would be an advantage.
-Able to work independently and work under pressure.
-Able to communicate clearly, confidently and persuasively.
-Effectively lead and motivate a team of line leaders/operators to achieve production targets.
