Position: TikTok Live Stream Host

Salary: RM2,300/month + Performance-based Commission
We seek an energetic and charismatic individual to join our team as a TikTok Live Stream Host. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in front of the camera, have a good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, and be up-to-date with the latest TikTok and social media trends. This role involves live streaming, project research, calendar management, supplier relationship management, organic video posting, post-mortem analysis, and weekly reporting.
- Host live streams on TikTok showcasing various products.
- Engage with the audience, answer queries, and maintain a positive and lively atmosphere.
- Research and select products to showcase based on market trends and audience preferences.
- Schedule live streams, product promotions, and organic posts efficiently.
- Coordinate with other hosts for smooth transitions and scheduling.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Liaise with suppliers to acquire products and negotiate higher commissions.
- Maintain healthy and productive relationships with all suppliers.
Organic Video Posting:
- Create and post engaging and creative organic content on TikTok.
- Monitor engagement and adjust content strategy as needed.
- Analyze the performance of each live stream and organic post.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Prepare and present weekly reports on live stream and organic post performances.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future content strategies.
- Energetic and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
