Develop and lead the organization-wide sales & operations planning process.
Build and maintain a professional relationship with our service provider(s).
Manages all aspects of customer service & logistic activities.
Ensure deliveries and shipments are made at the right time to the right destination.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure their requirements are made within the supply chain timeline.
To maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Monitor, analyze and report on daily operations, whilst taking actions whenever required to guarantee our service level towards our customers.
Troubleshoot and develop solutions to identified challenges and problems.
Hire, train, supervise, and onboard new employees.
Mobilize and track the standard of delivery, transportation expenses and the efficacy of services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
