Warehouse & Logistic Executive

Job Description

·        Responsible in receiving area.

·        Track inventory levels for all warehouse item and stuff.

·        Responsible on stock assessment inspection & stock control in a timely manner.

·        Constantly work to improve processes.

·        Optimize warehouse assistant workflow and productivity.

·        Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs.

·        Communicate and collaborate with other team members.

·        Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.

·        Inventory management.

·        Storage locations management.

·        Coordinate and monitor all the T7 Kilgour shipments.

·        Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

·        Prepare accurate reports for managements.

·        Liaise with local regulations for all the import and export shipment.

·        Focus on meeting customer demand and minimizing the costs of storing and transporting goods.

·        To get the best deal from the service providers.

·        Consignment stock management.

·        Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

·        Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

·        Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
