Job Description


  • Be part of InternetNow on-site and remote support team:- Your primary role will be to provide remote support with your secondary role being to provide on-site support when the need arises.
  • Provide technical support to our existing customers.
  • Assist customers with the installation and configuration of InternetNow’s solutions.
  • Responds to incidents as and they when arise.
  • Able to be on-call if there are any after-hours incidents.
  • Escalate high severity incidents where appropriate.
  • Report daily activity to the manager.


  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written)
  • Must possess own mode of transportation.
  • Minimum a Diploma or Degree in the field of IT (or related).
  • Good grasp of LAN, Internet, and IP networking in general.
  • Familiar with various versions of Windows (2008 server administration knowledge is an advantage).
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Previous experience in doing Technical Support is an advantage.
