• Work closely with hiring managers on talent sourcing projects
• Take full ownership and gain understanding of end-to-end hiring processes
• Initiate business calls and meetings to grow new markets and generate new business ideas
• Maintain strong relationships built over time with existing and future clients
• Provide consulting advice regarding the local labour market
• Keep abreast of industry trends and business economies

Job Requirements:
• Minimum degree in ANY discipline
• 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the sales and marketing field
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
• You must be resourceful, self-motivated and have a ‘never-give-up’ attitude
• Being passionate about people is essential. You must enjoy meeting and discovering diverse types of people and work towards fostering a strong professional relationship with your clients and candidates.
