Job Description
REQUIREMENTS :
Strong verbal & written english and malay madrin will be advantage
Highly motivated , self starter with sense of urgency and accountability
Attention to deal with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Ms Office , to include Word , Excel , Outlook ,Powerpoint,and other related applicants .
QUALIFICATION :
SOC Shift Operator
Minimum 2 years in experience in security , law enforcement ,military ,or related field, with customer service experience.
Previous experience working in a regional soc ,GSOC or control room environment preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software programs
Knowledge of an experience with physical security applicants to include access control and alarm monitoring systems cctv incident reporting , and incident management software .
