-Monthly Salary: RM 2,500 Basic + OT Allowance Min RM10/Hour + Up to RM300 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM300 KPI Allowance

-Pick-up/ Drop off points: Subang Jaya Komuter (7.45am to 10.15pm) & Ara Damansara LRT (8.15am to 9.30pm)
-Applicants with min SPM level qualification
-Fresh Grads are welcome (no experience required)
-Proficient in Cantonese & Simplified Mandarin (Speak, Read & Type)
-Able to speak, read & type in English
-Able to work on 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per shift and 5 days per week – including working on weekends and public holidays)
-Able to start work on June 2021
-Handling inbound calls and emails related to customers inquiries, comments, feedback and other issues.
-Provide accurate information and able to handle any feedback and complaints professionally to exceed customer’s expectation
