Job Description
Job scope
– Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
– Screen candidates resumes and job applications
– Conduct interviews
– Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and atitudes
– Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
– Followup candidates daily attendance, absenteeism
– Major in workforce supply (Factory’s Operator/General Worker)
– Paper Work
– Adhoc task
Location: Mahkota Cheras
Working Day: 5.5 Days
Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Salary wise will be discussed during interview
(Basic + Attractive Incentive Package)
Requirements:
👉Able to communicate well in MALAY
👉Prefer Mandarin Speaker
👉Good communication and interpersonal skills
👉Enjoy taking on challenges in a fast paced and energetic environment
👉Able to handle stress
