Job Description

Job Description:

  • Ensure Customer Service centre opens on time daily.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Greet walk-in customers/visitors and get staff concerned to attend to them.
  • Record details of all incoming and outgoing documents including claims.
  • Ensure tidiness of customer service centre.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year experience.
  • Basic computer operating
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Fluent in English.
