We are now looking to add to our team a Property Sales Executive (PSE), who shares their passion in assisting clients to find their desired home or unit, apart from achieve new heights for themselves.  The PSE will have a significant role in the direction of our company and will be able to come to the table with new ideas from growth, in accordance with our recruitment motto: V rise by lifting others.
Vivahomes Realty is dedicated to develop the skillset of the right candidate, to further their great attitude and abilities to shine. We provide formalized on-going training progress and looking at the priority to upgrade you the best we can.
Job Responsibilities
·        To obtain leads based on our training syllabus
·        To actively identify and call on target clients
·        To work on appointment basis job scope
·        To drive marketing activities of property listing on own effort
·        To develop ongoing clients’ relationship and value approaches to sales, leading with consultative role.
·        To actively participating in all sales activities in order to meet monthly sales target.
·        No sales experiences required.
·        Must be willing to work indoor and outdoor
·        Must be willing to obtain REN tag licensing at own cost
·        Must possess own laptop and transport
·        Drive to continuously learn and develop as an individual
·        Desire to work in an environment that rewards strong ethical standards and conduct
·        Customer service oriented
