Job Description

As a personal assistant (PA) you’ll work closely with our Director to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. You’ll help the Director to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial, administrative activities. If you are a professional, organized and a very efficient Personal Assistant to a Company Director, we would like offer you a career in our organization for a better income and rewarding environment. This position requires you to work both inside and outside of office, to assist the Director.

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, phone calls and documentation.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organizing events and conferences with clients and must be complete the work on time.
Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
Must know basic computer knowledge such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
Knowledge on Malaysian law such as labor law, General and miscellaneous and so on.
Miscellaneous tasks to support MD, which will vary according to the sector and to the MD’s remit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese is a must with knowledge in accounts, law or business field.
