– Provide a full range of business support to Manager and responsible for the execution management and organisation of Manager’s office.
– Compose and prepare business presentation, correspondences, emails, reports, agendas and minutes of meeting.
– Make travel arrangement for related local and overseas trip.
– Welcome and attend to visitors / principal / business partners from overseas.
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with 2 years of working experience
– Well verse in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and internet savvy.
– Excellent in Chinese, English (Both written and oral)
– Good working attitude, mature personality and team player.
– Possess own transportation and must be able to travel frequently (local and overseas).
RM2,500-RM7,000 + General Allowance + Claim (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
Official Working Hour is 9.00am to 6.00pm*
* must be able to work beyond the stipulated working hour, if required
