Job Description

Job Scope: 
– Work from home – Able to make phone calls (Phone with unlimited calls or local line is preferable)
– Office-based – Able to answer calls professionally
– Doing telemarketing tasks, e.g: Appointment Booking, Enquiry Call
– Doing administrative tasks, e,g: Data Entry, Typing, Internet Research, Letter Writing, etc.

– Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be added advantage
– Must know Email, Google Drive, Microsoft Office
– Administrative & Telemarketing experience is an advantage
– No experience required as training will be provided.
