We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.

Below 35 years old
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills.
Understanding the Customer, Customer Focus, Informing Others.
Entry Requirements : SPM.
Fluent in Chinese and English.

Answers phone calls.
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents.
May take care of website functions and social media profiles.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
