Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters
Maintain employee and client records
Perform bookkeeping and management of the company’s files.
Respond to customer’s queries in a professional manner.
Checking of Unfulfilled Units on Amazon,
High school diploma/GED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/IT or relevant field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience as a virtual assistant is preferred
Preference: Female from Thailand or Vietnam
You will be required to work 4 hours per day following Singaporean timezone
(i.e. between 8 am – 6 pm weekdays)
