– To support relevant teams in achieving business goals.
– Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
– Source and recruit candidates by using databases and other marketing strategies
– Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
– Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
– Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
– Has own laptop
– Relentless in driving growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
– Strong oral and written communication skill
– Basic MS.Office skills
– Experience in IT / Software Engineering / Designing/ Marketing/ HR would be a plus
– Working hours: Mon – Thurs (10am – 7pm) ; Fri (10am – 5pm)
– Office location: Plaza Damas, Taman Sri Hartamas.
– Dress code: Casual
