Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Maintain office schedules and notify customers of upcoming services.

-Aid in data entry,file keeping and office organization.

-Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve customer concerns.

-Keep account records and and check logs.

Requirements:

-Minimum of SPM and above with at least 1 year experience.

-Fresh graduates with or without experience are welcome to apply.

-Fluent in Malay and English language.

-MUST BE :

*Malaysian citizen

*Able to start work immediately

*Able to work in Kuala Lumpur
