Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for the planning, managing, delivery, and administration function of marketing and TSD activities.

–  To be fully responsible for compiling sales data and A & P expenditures on a weekly and/or monthly basis for the purpose of monitoring the activities within the department.

–  To be involved with all marketing activities, functions, and events. Responsible for developing and delivery of marketing collateral and sales material.

–   Any other related jobs assigned by the Marketing & Sales Director and Chief Executive Officer from time to time.

–   To be involved with administrative work that is related to marketing activities, For example, issue PO, PR, Credit Note, Debit Note, Payment Memo, etc, as and when required.

–    Monthly submission of A & P expenses to the Marketing & Sales Director.

–    To ensure that the marketing department’s correspondence is properly kept and filed.
