High Basic and attractive allowances package

Rotational Shifts (OPEN TO WORK IN SHIFTS AND WEEKENDS)
5 working days
Eligible to PERFORMANCE BONUS upon confirmation
Bilingual Speaker (English + Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from the customers
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions
  • Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer
  • Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selecting the best solutions
  • Ensure maximum of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service/Call Centre would be an added advantage
  • Fresh Grad are welcomed to apply
  • Able to work on weekends and night shifts
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Required language(s): ENGLISH AND MANDARIN
  • Diploma holders must have 2 years working experience
  • SPM holders must have 5 years working experience
