I. Responsible for the quality customer care services delivery in the department
II. Monitor and execute the action on the delivery report to ensure the shipments are delivered within service level agreement.
III. Responsible for timely, accurate and efficiency in delivery report
IV. To fulfill all service request related to company products and delivery
V. Ensure the orders are processed in warehouse and shipped out orders align in reporting
VI. Tracking orders and return parcels
VII. Making efforts to understand the customer, both internal and external; anticipating customer needs; giving high priority in urgent base
VIII. Working effectively with team members to accomplish organizational goals; taking actions that respect the needs and contributions of others; contributing to and accepting the consensus
IX. Any additional or ad-hoc call task as assigned by the Management
We are looking for 6 months contract with base salary of RM2000.00 (no additional allowances).
Education and Experience
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is a must.
