Job Description


  1. Fraud Review – review and investigate orders when there are cases being alerted to ensure it is within policy
  2. Order Management – manage all orders from e-commerce website to ensure smooth and up to standard services are delivered to clients
  3. Quality Check & Acceptance on Returns – supervise escalated cases of returns from logistic partner and make necessary actions to verify each cases with internal team
  4. Manage Stock Transfer for Returns/Exchange – manage stocks adjustment for returns and follow up with internal team if any transfer is needed
  5. Refund Management – process and manage clients’ refund and follow up until the completion of whole process


  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in any field
  • At least 2- 4 years experiences in e-commerce or operational role preferably in a fast-pace environment (FMCG / retail)
  • Excellent operations and organization skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive, ability to multitask and solve problem in a systematic way
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal especially in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices application particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to be based at 3rd party warehouse located in Shah Alam
  • Normal working hours, Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
