• Support for Onsite team (Installation of software, hardware Migration, Installation of numerus IT equipment hardware, etc.)
• Support onsite team and other stakeholders on day-to-day aspect of managing services across all platforms (Hands on tasks) & our corporate customer.
• Manage all onsite services support task for all channels (Laptop, desktop, and third party apps) as well.
• Making sure that all task has been perform on end of day with expectations and improves the overall customer experience and user journey.
• Co-ordinate with our senior team member and planners to understand the project planning.
• Minimum a Diploma or Cert in the field of IT (or related).
• Extremely high level of attention-to-details and organized
• Candidate must be able to speak and write basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong team player who enjoys working with others.
• Previous experience in doing Technical Support is an advantage.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
