Job Description

  • To handle all administrative duties and day to day administration function.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
  • Ensure all customer invoices are paid in time, liase with clients o unresolvabe account receiable issues.
  • Maintain & update filing record.
  • Planning, organizing business meeting, conferences. Prepare correspondences, reports and material for presentation. Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Coordinating and monitoring of the delegated work to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies, procedures and regulations
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in business studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Computer literate, Ms Office.
  • Able to start work immdiately is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
