To perform general insurance, administrative & other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Key in payment base on payment voucher & purchases invoice.
Prepare payment to supplier.
Prepare invoice, delivery order, packing list and proforma invoice to customer.
Update staff leave record ie. Annual Leave, Medical Leave
Check site staff claim and staff personal claim
