Job Description

Job Description:
• Responsible in daily HR and administrative duties such as preparing HR correspondence.
• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
• Administer HR-related documentation.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
• Assist in the recruitment process.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies.
• Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or any related field.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
• Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to work with tight deadlines.
• Able to communicate well with all levels with initiative and hardworking.
• Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Have a high work ethic with regards to confidential information and be trustworthy.

Working Location:
Seksyen 36, 40470 Shah Alam, Selangor.

Working Hour:
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm,
Saturday, 9.00am – 1.00pm (alternate Saturday)

Salary:
Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification.
