Job Description

·         To handle full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative work e. hiring, compensation and benefits & welfare, filing, Office maintenance.
·         To ensure all daily HR operations are executed on a timely basis and comply with company policies and procedure.
·         To maintain and updating payroll system and report.
·         Multi-tasking, self-motivated with a strong drive to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
·         Handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues
·         Handle office equipment, office maintenance and asset management.
·         To undertake such other related duties requirement by the Head of Department
·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in any field.
·         Those with Diploma should possess min 3 years of related experience
·         Experience in a credit processing & operation environment is an added advantage.
·         Required skill(s): consultative selling, strong communication & presentation skills, client relationship management & resourcefulness in leads sourcing
·         Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
·         Possess own transport and willing to travel.
