Job Description:

Responsible in daily HR and administrative duties such as preparing HR correspondence.
Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
Administer HR-related documentation.
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
Assist in the recruitment process
Liaise with recruitment agencies.
Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any related field.
1-2 years of working experience in related field.
Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to work with tight deadlines.
Able to communicate well with all levels with initiative and hardworking.
Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Have a high work ethic with regards to confidential information and be trustworthy.
Working Location:

Patent House, Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

Working Hour:

Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm


RM3,000 – RM3,500 + Incentive/Overriding Commission (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification
