Job Description

Responsibilities

• Greet clients who walk in and out of the store in a professional, warm and friendly manner
• Manage and control queue at the door when needed during high traffic period and ensure social distancing is being practice at all time
• Take and deliver accurate drink orders to clients and serve as per the brand’s standard
• Respond to client’s request in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure all visitors is compliance with safety requirements related to Covid-19 and assist them with temperature check and hand sanitizing

Requirements

• Prior work experience in the hospitality, F&B and service industry would be given priority
• Students who are currently taking hospitality/culinary courses are encouraged to apply (for Part Time)
• Customer service driven and an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ individual with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.
• Exceptional grooming and presentable
• Able to start to work immediately
