Job responsibilities:

  • Front desk duties – check-in and out for guests, manage online bookings.
  • Customer service – Sharing insider tips about KL, taking part in guided walks and tours and socializing with guests.
  • Day to day paperwork- including prepare daily cash report, petty cash report,update dashboard and reply email correspondences

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Sociable, friendly and approachable personality
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
  • Loves meeting people and has the passion for becoming hosts to travelers
