This is an opportunity to develop your financial accounting and operation skills especially in online commerce company. Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle accounting record for the company, book keeping, invoicing, sales order and others.
Assist in cost analysis, and budgeting
Able to handle full set of accounts.
Provide administrative and support in all aspect of office operations such as office equipment, HR matter, office sundries and other.
Able to work independently with tight deadlines.
Any ad-hoc tasks from time to time such online sales enquiry, liaise with business partners where necessary.
Assist in product catalogue management.
Candidate must possess at least a LCCI diploma or equivalent.
Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
At least 1 -2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
Experience in full set of account include will be added advantage
Candidate who can start work immediately is preferred.
Willing to work in unstructured, startup environment.
Must be open minded, willing to learn and grow together with the company
