FiCo Lead (SAP Expert Level)

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Primary responsibility is to drive end to end development and deployment of a Template based SAP Finance solution across APAC
2. Responsible for driving & coordinating continuous improvement plans (Finance & Cross functional)
3. Ensure appropriate Finance & Controlling processes, controls, policies and procedures are in place in compliance with company standards.
4. Plays critical role, first point of contact for local team support and maintain those countries running solution.

Requirement

1. 13-15yrs of SAP Project Execution experience and managed regional projects,
2. Must have 3-5 full cycle SAP implementation experience,
3. Global template build/Change management, (Hands-on experience, not Consultant)
   Worked on at least 4 large scale regional project rollout
4. Extensive cross functional activity, i.e. Supply Chain & Finance integration
5. CPA or Degree is a must,
6. Managed team, vendor, stakeholders of all levels and function
7. Have had complete FI (GL, AP, AR, FA, Banking & Treasury) & CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) responsibilities,
8. Competent in SAP & Integration, SCM & Fin Integration, SAP BO/BW, extensive PIP/CIP,
9. Applicant must be currently based in Malaysia or Singapore (no relocation for now)
