Job description
Job Responsibilities:

Undertaking reception duties including answering telephone and responding to enquiries where appropriate
Undertaking general financial administration, payments, credit card and bank reconciliation
Front Desk during class hours.
Assist in the upkeep of contact records, including student and staff
First point of contact with customers. To maintain good record keeping and monitor and process payments
Responsible for the welfare of students including direct contact with parents/guardian
Work with Sales and Marketing, follow up on Leads, and close sales
Support Branches in Operations
To handle all sales orders (website, e-commerce,direct sales,walk in sales)
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate or a Degree.
Highly motivated with good personality.
Able to contribute to team effort by assisting in duties of other departments,
Well versed in Microsoft Office and Google Sheet
Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak another local dialect will be an added advantage).
At least 2 year(s) working experience in a school or in a related field is required for this position.
Possess own transportation
Able to work 5 ½ days a week. Wednesday-Monday
