Manage, set up and update e-commerce platforms including product uploading; order administration; content editing and sales campaign planning.
Handling online enquiries and feedback within the agreed timeline and resolve orders with issues.
Assist in planning, executing and monitoring online campaign
Handle the product listings
Assist our E-Commerce experts and learn from them.
Assure all aspects of platform content and info are accurate and update.
Assist in online order management and processing, return management, refund management and payment processing.
Candidate must at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
Required Skills: Microsoft Office
Good in Microsoft Excel
Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to learn and able to collaborate with team
Able to start immediately would be an advantage.
