We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist our customers with enquiries and problems when using our products and services.
Customer Support Agent responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
Thisis not a sales job and most support done through chat software.
1)Education : Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / Fresh Graud in Human Resource/ E-commerce/
2) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3) Language: Able to write and converse in good Bahasa Melayu and English
4) Location: Puchong, Selangor (nearby LRT station)
5)Familiar with ecommerce such as Lazada and Shopee and using chat sofiware are added advantages
6) Work remotely during MCO / pandemic period only.
7) Mon- Friday ; Office hours 9am – 6 pm
