Hybrid working arrangement
Work from home (WFH) remotely based on the current pandemic situation
Sort and organize the database according to Petro1 Standard and requirements.
Computer literate, very good at typing.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Update existing data
Manage and organize records and files
Develop a knowledge base of market research and a contact database
Prepare relevant reports as needed
Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basic
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of the touch typing system is strongly preferred
Basic research skills (social media particularly LinkedIn)
Know how to organize data well
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Basic understanding of databases
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices is an advantage
Great attention to detail
Able to work independently, with minimum supervision, and good analytical skills.
Self-discipline with a good learning attitude
