Job Description

Basic : RM2500
Requirement: We need resources with the ability to write and speak in Mandarin as most of our customers are based in China/Taiwan.
Working Hours : 9 hrs rotational shift (include 1hrs break ,5-6 days work/week)
6 days working Allowance RM300
Night shift allowance RM300
KPI Incentive up to RM400
Location:Work From Home (6 months) and then work in office (Johor Bahru) for the next 6 months
Company Background : Call Centre (MNC Company)

Job Description
– Handle inbound calls and emails relating enquiries and complain.
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers
– Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.

Shift time :
7am to 4pm
3pm to 12am
10pm to 7am
