Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
·         Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all time.
·         Responding promptly to customer inquiries. (electronically or face to face)
·         Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
·         Support and attend in company’s event (Exhibition, warehouse sales.)
·         Generating sales leads.
·         Manage administration (scheduling, process of required documents, filing)
·         Any ad-hoc task from Top Management.
Requirements:
·         Candidate must possess at least SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
·         At least 2 – 3 years of working experience
·         Preferably candidate specialized in CS/Sales & Marketing or equivalent
·         Required skills: Microsoft office / excel
·         Team player
·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
·         Willing to work on alternate Saturday
