Looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE/ TELEMARKETING OFFICER (OUTBOUND SALES)
Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE/ TELEMARKETING OFFICER (OUTBOUND SALES)
Role: Permanent
Salary: Basic RM2,000++ + RM200 (Attendance Allowance) + Commission Structure.
Working Location: Wisma Ali Bawal, Jalan Tandang (Petaling Jaya)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekend OFF)
Responsibilities:
– To promote company products & services to prospective customers.
– Update customer with monthly promotions and campaign.
– To achieve monthly target sets by the Company.
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the management
Requirements:
– Minimum qualification for sales agent is SPM/Diploma/STPM/A-Level for all sales channel i.e. Outbound, Inbound, Live Chat, and Social Media, with minimum Credits/C in English, Malay and Mathematics. Sales agent without Diploma/STPM/A-Level would be considered on special approval basis, should they have minimum 2 years working experience related to Telemarketing/Sales/OmniChannel/related field or pass internal language and Maths assessment.
– SPM candidates – BM, BI, Maths, & Mandarin (Credits) with minimum 2 years sales experience and pass internal assessment.
– Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, any field.
– Required language(s): English
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Remuneration:
– Fresh hire without Related Working Experience: Basic RM1,800 + RM200 (Attendance Allowance) + Commission Structure.
– Experience Hire (2 years Related Working Experience): Basic RM2,000 + RM200 (Attendance Allowance) + Commission Structure.
– Commission structure RM2000 – RM6000.
